A clear plan for the annual check-up for children, parents and grandparents — without unnecessary tests.

Why a family check-up

Checking the whole family in one day is convenient: one visit, one administrator and all results in Telegram. The key is that every age has its own set; the “everything for everyone” approach only wastes money and time.

The minimum set by age

  • Children: paediatrician check-up, complete blood count and urinalysis, under one year — neurosonography and hip ultrasound
  • Adults 30–45: GP, blood biochemistry, ECG, abdominal and thyroid ultrasound
  • Women: gynaecologist and breast ultrasound once a year
  • 60+: cardiologist, Holter or echocardiography, glucose and cholesterol monitoring

How much time and money it takes

About 1.5–2 hours per person; laboratory results are ready the same day. The clinic has ready-made packages and prices for individual services — the administrator will quote the exact amount before the visit. A check-up is not a diagnosis but peace of mind: most findings only need monitoring and lifestyle changes.
